Brightscape Investments works with Fidelity Investments Registered Advisor Group ("Fidelity"), a respected name in the investment business, to open accounts and process trades. Through this arrangement your money or securities are sent directly to Fidelity when you open an account with Brightscape.

Securities in accounts carried by National Financial Services LLC ("NFS"), a Fidelity Investments company, are protected in accordance with the Securities Investor Protection Corporation ("SIPC") up to $500,000 (including cash claims limited to $100,000). For details, please visit www.sipc.org. NFS has arranged for additional protection for cash and covered securities to supplement its SIPC coverage. This additional protection covers total account net equity in excess of the $500,000/$100,000 covererage provided by SIPC. Neither coverage protects against a decline in the market value of securities.

As a Brightscape client you will receive:

• Monthly consolidated account statements that reflect your investment positions, transactions and realized gains and losses on your trades
• If you wish your Brightscape advisor will provide you with 24/7 online access to view your account, balances and transactions
• 1099 tax form at year-end and a summary statement

Fidelity provides one of the largest mutual fund "supermarkets" in the industry that gives you consolidated access to more than 5,600 funds from over 400 fund families, and a total of more than 12,500 share class alternatives.

Brightscape is an independent organization and not affiliated with Fidelity Investments.
